Find the missing pieces or order them from a Mobile Home supply company or Amazon, making sure they are the correct height.
Once you have the missing pieces, you can take each piece and start sliding them together as in Image 2.

Start by sliding the pieces together (there are what looks like a curved piece on the end of each piece).
Once attached to each other, ensure the bottom is slid into the bottom track.

Once the panels are secure in the bottom track, you will need to lift the upper track a little.
After lifting the upper track upward, you will slide the skirting in under it.
After pushing it into the upper track, you will hear a click and it should be secure in the top track.
