LG VX7000 Logic Board Replacement

  1. LG VX7000 Logic Board Replacement, Battery: passo 1, imagem 1 %32

    • Lay the phone, screen side down, in your palm.

    • Slide the grey button towards the top of the phone.

    • With the button unlocked, grab the battery on the sides and pull up, then slide the battery up to completely remove it from the phone.

    • Remove four screws beneath battery using screw driver.

    • Remove three rubber screw covers with tweezers.

    • Remove the three screws under the covers with the screwdriver.

    • Detach outer casing from back of phone.

    • NOTE: There will be a significant amount of resistance to detaching the back casing.

    • Unsnap gold rectangular plate and silver square plate from the logic board.

  7. LG VX7000 Logic Board Replacement: passo 6, imagem 1 %32

    • Remove logic board, being careful not to remove any other pieces.

    • Insert new logic board with white side facing down.

    • NOTE: Make sure side buttons on logic board are correctly aligned to avoid future complications.
