To anyone reading this, don’t bother just replace the mouse. If you remove the sticker thingies from the bottom of the plastic the mouse loses accuracy. I cleaned out the scroll wheel and the motherboard with isopropyl alcohol and it still wouldn’t turn properly, so I think my scroll wheel was defective. Looks like its time to get a new mouse.

Don't try using a commerical isopropyl alcohol cause that stuff would kills electronics and such. Though it's safe to use to clean it but it takes a while to let the board dry. PCB's and alcohol doesn't work nicely together so let it dry or use some kind of hair dryer (I kinda found this on accident by just watching a video on Odd Tinkering) if it feels the liquid is gone.

If you're talking about it loses mouse accuracy then maybe the mouse wasn't screwed in properly so there's some parts that are loosed screw around inside so take a time if it feels the screw is snug nicely. Clean the mouse inside? Maybe check Logitech G Hub or your DPI? Restart your computer?

There's also spare parts for Logitech G203 (G102 & G 305) mouse wheel replacements that sells it so google about that :)

If the mouse wheel wears out, maybe it's the time to replace the part

that's all i have

If it loses mouse accuracy, try cleaning it. Maybe there's some pet hairs or a dust that can get stuck in the lens and it's very hard to get a precision tracking if the device is dirty. But when you reassemble it make sure the screws that you've put in are right screw before they are in right place or else it wouldn't close in that way. It comes with different shapes and sizes. If that wasn't a problem either maybe clean your mousepad or any clean surface any that is free of dirt and dust. that's all :)

will this work on the g pro hero?

STEP 1 and 2

You definitely don't need to remove the rubber feets cause the screws are a bit small and very easy to lose them if not careful. So to pry it open halfway and unscrew it and the other rubber feet too. This should remove the housing.

Also the bottom hole where it's hidden on the sticker, you should also put a tape on it. So the other screw won't loose either. In other cases if you want to mod it.

There's also a hook at the bottom ; next close to the RGB lights where it should close properly when put reassembled.

In the aftermarket, just found out that logitech m275 mouse wheel roller works as a replacement if there's no actual spare part that sells the same
