Over time, the Keurig B70 Platinum needle accumulates particles which causes malfunction in the brewing of beverages. The Keurig needle functions as a tool to pierce K-Cups and feed water through the K-Cup.

    • Before needle repair, make sure the brewer is disconnected from any power outlet.

    • Lift the handle to open the top of the brewer.

    • There are two sharp needles that puncture the K-Cup pack. One is above the K-Cup holder and the other is in the bottom of the holder. Be careful when cleaning the top needle.

    • Bend a paperclip to create a vertical metal piece. This is used to clean the top needle.

    • Insert a paper clip into the exit needle to loosen the debris and push it out.

    • Repeat this action until the debris is cleared from the top needle.

    • All external pieces of the brewer are dishwasher safe.

must be something else on mine. i have cleaned out with paper clip 3 times and still no water comes out.

I have used filter water ALL WAYS, in my model B 70 I made a cup this AM. I did not need it on any more so shut it down. Or turn off the power switch. Now that not ready light keep blinking. I done every suggestion on, line. Any help. ????????
