Introdução
If your Hover-1 Rally (model H1-RALY) scooter will not accelerate, use this guide to replace the acceleration lever. The acceleration lever is located next to the right handlebar grip and is easy to replace. Replace this part if it is damaged or immovable.
Make sure to power off the scooter before starting this guide.

Remove one 4 mm Phillips #1 screw located directly above the acceleration lever.

Where did you find the lever?
See comment below. Swap out your power throttle with the brake lever. Or reach out to Hover-1 for spare parts.
Thank you Mr Fix It Man. I haven't used my scooter in months and never tried to find parts. Swapped my throttle out with my brake lever and we're good to go hehe
The throttle lever on my daughter’s scooter broke off and I have been unable to get through to Hover for replacement parts (both online and tried to call). Do you know of any universal levers that would work? Or where I could locate a lever? Bought this for my daughter to get to college classes and this is her first week and it broke (out of 90 day warranty, of course.)
