This guide will walk you through step by step how to replace the speaker in the Hott T725-8G.

Gently dislodge the speaker from the back panel so that it is only connected to the motherboard.

You can check the connection point between the speaker and the motherboard to see if it is firmly connected (which it should be) using the plastic Spudger.
Detach the wires using the plastic Spudger to replace the speaker.
