For more information on replacing the main cover, please refer to section 10 in the service manual.

  1. Hamilton G5 Main Cover Removal, Rail: passo 1, imagem 1 %32

    • Remove 4 Hex Allen screws (A) from the Rail surrounding the Ventilation Unit.

  2. Hamilton G5 Main Cover Removal: passo 2, imagem 1 %32

    • Remove the Rail (B).

  3. Hamilton G5 Main Cover Removal: passo 3, imagem 1 %32

    • The Standoff Brackets (C) remain with the Main Cover.

    • Place aside in a safe location.

  5. Hamilton G5 Main Cover Removal, Main Cover: passo 5, imagem 1 %32

    • Lift the Main Cover (A) from the Ventilation Unit using the Standoff Brackets (B) attached to the Main Cover.

    • Place aside in a safe location.
