My phone has been on the charger for like 8 hours and still dead-I have a iPhone SE and my home button doesn’t work. What do I do? I need to back it up because I got a new phone and if I cant receive the messages to confirm my apple id I would need to back it up at least for all my data.

i hawe got the iphone se and i nead to reset the apple id. if someone know how, i try it. i try to e-mail for the passworth on the select apple id,but noone writes me back
