Passo 1 speaker

flip speaker over onto its back

Passo 2 base

using a heat gun, soften the adhesive holding the ring in place.

Passo 3 screws

peel off the ring that covers the screws
using your screwdriver, undo the 4 screws that hold the base onto the body of the speaker.

Passo 4 adhesive

using your heat gun, apply a slight amount of heat to soften the adhesive.
during reassembly, apply the new adhesive.

Passo 5 speaker assembly

using your screwdriver, undo the 4 screws holding the speaker assembly in place.
carefully pry in the edge of the speaker assembly.
be very careful when prying as it is still connected to the motherboard wires.

Passo 6 motherboard and speaker

using a spludger, carefully disconnect the speaker cables from the motherboard.
be very careful not to damage the connector.

Passo 7 adhesive

using your spludger, carefully pry up the battery.
be very careful not to puncture the battery.

Passo 8 battery and motherboard

using 2 fingers, pinch the connector connecting the battery and pull it straight out.

Conclusão

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
