  1. Using a T4 Torx screwdriver, remove the ten screws at the marked locations.

  15. Using a plastic opening tool, lift the fan off of the laptop. You can now use your hands and carefully pull the fan off the laptop.

  17. Carefully pull out the ribbon connecting your keyboard and motherboard from the motherboard.

  18. At the bottom right corner of your laptop, carefully pull the connector from its socket.

  22. Slide the display to either the left or right to loosen it.
    • Slide the display to either the left or right to loosen it.

    • Pull the display away from the rest of your laptop.
