    • Switch off the Laptop and remove the Battery.

    • Remove two screws securing the HDD / RAM (service) cover.

    • Remove the cover.

    I have installed the memory stick but when i turn on the laptop it starts but don’t display the windows

    And when i take out the 4gb ram stick the laptop turns on and shows the os loading

    Plz suggest what to do…
