Hold the laptop upright with both hands.

Locate and remove the 12 mm screws at the base of the laptop.

Slide downward to remove the base of the laptop, revealing the RAM.

Locate the RAM as shown in the image.

Push the silver retaining brackets outwards to free the RAM stick(s).
-
Pull the RAM outwards after the RAM is lifted to remove the RAM.
