It is important to be careful during this replacement because the new headlight bulb can be easily damaged. Before starting this guide, make sure your car is not running.

Pull up on the power steering fluid reservoir to take it out of the holder.
Set the reservoir to the side to make room near the headlight.
This step is only needed if you want to replace the headlight bulb on the passenger's side.
Using the 10mm wrench undo the battery tie down by turning the bolt clockwise.
Move the battery out of the way of the headlight.
Put on a pair of latex or nitrile gloves.
Take hold of the headlight plug located directly behind the headlight.
Turn the bulb a quarter turn counter-clockwise to unlock it.
Pull out the plug.

Reinsert the plug with the new headlight on it.
Turn the plug a quarter turn clockwise to lock it in.
Gently tug the plug to make sure it is locked in place. If it isn't, redo this step.
