DSC-H2 screen extremely blurry/zoomed in and can't see through lens

The camera turns on, but I cannot see through the lens. The digital screen is extremely blurry, appearing as if it's zoomed in too much, even though I've tried zooming out. I have already tried removing the batteries for 60 seconds and performing a factory 'Initialize' from the Setup menu, but the issue persists. The lens may not be extending or focusing correctly. What are the next steps to diagnose if this is a stuck lens drive or a failed CCD sensor?
