PS4 Pro crashed 3 times and now will not turn on

My PS4 Pro crashed three times in a row while in use and then shut off completely. Now, it will not turn back on at all. When I press the power button, there are no lights and no beeps.

I have already tried:

1. Unplugging the console for over 20 minutes to perform a power cycle.

2. Attempting a "Disc Wake-up" by inserting a game disc (the drive does not take the disc).

3. Attempting to boot into Safe Mode by holding the power button (no response).

Given that it crashed multiple times before failing, is this likely a Power Supply Unit (PSU) failure, or could it be a more serious motherboard issue? Are there specific components or fuses I should test with a multimeter?
