My laptop screen has gone black, but the laptop is working. I can't see anything from it. What how do I fix this issue

Well I will suggest you to update or refresh your graph driver. So time outdated graph driver can also cause this kind of issue as well.

If you can't see a thing..maybe it's best to first turn it off and on again. If that doesn't help, maybe a repair shop can give a free consultation
