Check engine light on. Stuck open thermostat. I replaced thermostat twice. Running at 150F.

Have you had the engine computer scanned for codes? With the CEL on, there will definitely be codes available, which could be invaluable help in figuring out what's wrong with your Jeep.
Here in the US, most auto parts stores will scan your car for free. I strongly suggest you find out what codes are present then come on back and let us know what they are. Post the actual numbers, not any interpretations you may get for what they mean.
