Why I can't put the charge in the phone

Your charging port is likely dirty or damaged. To clean it, I recommend these steps.

1. Take a dry soft bristle toothbrush (Do not use water!) to brush out dust and debris from the charging port.
2. Add 90% Isopropyl Alcohol to the brush for harder debris.

If this doesn't work, the other steps you can try are:

1. Try a different cable.
2. Replacing the charging port.

Replacing the charging port should be a fairly simple job on this particular device, I'd find a trustworthy online guide (IFIXIT does not have a guide for this model.) or take it to a local repair shop.
