So as soon as I pull my display apart I noticed that there was a wires not connected I thought oh yeah great there's my problem no my problem is is I cannot find where the female connector connects to can somebody please please help me

It is not uncommon for a manufacturer to save money by using one common part like a wiring harness for different models of devices or vehicles. When they do that, there can well be plugs or wires that aren't used in a particular model, so it's entirely possible that plug doesn't go anywhere on your scooter.

So I guess then my question would be how do I know if that's the problem or not
@newbeginins75 I would suggest we set that aside for the moment and focus on why you were taking it apart in the first place. What's going on with your scooter?
@jerry wheeler So I got the scooter brand new from hover one when it arrived it would not charge it turn on did the sleep mode thing where you spin the tires did not work and I looked up on YouTube and I found a video where these dude said he took his apart and there were wires that wasn't hooked up well when I looked I thought my charging port may not have been hooked all the way so I started looking an there wAs the wire harness unattached.
