What does the noise sound like?
Is it an electrical buzzing type noise or perhaps a noisy fan in the PSU?
Have you checked that the noise is emanating from the PSU and not somewhere else in the PC e.g. CPU fan etc?
is the PC working OK despite the noise?
What have you checked?
