Speaker not working after I got my charging port replaced

I went to a phone repair shop to replace my Realme C3 charging port and after getting home and charging the phone I realized that the speaker wasn't working when I tried playing music, I also tried turning it off for a few minutes and turn it on but there was still no sound, I also checked the sound settings and tried to play some videos on YouTube but still there was no sound. Can anyone please give any ideas why?
