This is a known issue — the rear camera (especially the wide lens) can start shaking or buzzing because the optical image stabilization (OIS) mechanism gets stuck or damaged. Sometimes corrupted camera calibration data causes weird behavior.
Go to: Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset All Settings
(This doesn’t erase photos or apps.)
