I have display auto touch issue in my ipad 9th gen

First I think it's a issue on my touch screen. I change the touch screen but it's still auto work. Then I check without touch screen the display is auto working now I don't know what is the issu is the issue on my touch or the display or the mother bored please help

Have you tried checking if the apps are updated before replacing anything? If not, you should give it a try. Then the wires are properly plugged in.
