Why is some of my keyboard not working

i have been using this laptop for like past 3 years everything was solid and i was away from home and left my laptop at home for a week and now that im back i can’t use specific keys like s,o,k ,2,4, left side ctrl & more . i have checked using fn+num lck still the problem is not fixed . i tried using update drivers and troubleshooting but nothing works
