I have Frigidaire Side by Side Refrig. Model GRSS2652AF. Food on top shelf is freezing and produce in the lower shelves are freezing. I have changed the air filter, ensuring the air flow is not blocked. Any ideas on why this is happening?

It could be a faulty refrigerator temperature sensor or a faulty damper unit.
Here's the service data sheet for the model.
Enter the diagnostic mode and initially run tests #22 & #29 to check if the damper and the refrigerator¹ temperature sensor are both OK or not.
If you find the problem and it's a faulty part that needs replacing, here's the parts list that is useful.
Locate the wanted part in the list and note the part number listed for it. Search online for the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.
Search on YouTube for (insert wanted part number) replacement and sometimes if you're lucky, there might be videos showing how to remove/replace the part.
¹ Note : FZ = freezer section, FF = refrigerator section

My refrigerator has side by side freezer and refrigerator. The freezer is working fine but some things like milk and water are freezing on the refrigerator side. There are buttons on the door for selecting temperature but the button that controls the refrigerator side is stuck on maximum freezing and I can't figure out how to make it move. How do I get the button to move to recommended temperature?
