Help! my iPhone x died!

I dropped my iPhone X and it died. It got painfully hot and is completely unresponsive. RIP. Any ideas how I could transfer my data? I forgot my Apple ID password (LOL), and the reset request could take up to 4 days because I don't have access to my original device. I don't necessarily need the device functioning, I just need the data to transfer to my new phone... I can't wait 4 days as I'm travelling tomorrow and can't afford to spend 90 quid in the local tech shop because I'm a broke student haha. Any ideas?
