Why do my turn signals not work sometimes?
When I drive my Oldsmobile alero very rarely does the turn signal work. How can I fix my turn signals?

When the turn signals aren't working (both left and right side or one side only?), try operating/releasing the hazard light switch a few times and check if this enables the turn signals to now start working.
If it does then probably it's a faulty hazard switch. If the hazard lights also don't work (intermittently) then it may be the turn signal flasher unit.
The flasher unit is used for both the turn signal lights and the hazard light function
