Please I need help all my porte usb and ps/2 doesn't work nd ps
When I enter the keyboard in the USB port, the keyboard does not work for me and does not light up and also with ps/2 port

I don't see a PS/2 port on this computer. If the KBD does not show power on any port, then there is a common 5V feed to those ports that is missing.
It may be that the 5V is entirely missing in, which case it is a PSU issue. There are many observations that would indicate that, but you have not posted any of that so...............what do you want?

Just to clarify, when I turn on the computer, it powers on normally — the fans spin, and everything seems to work fine.
I took it to a technician who tested the power supply, and he confirmed that the PSU is sending 5V to the USB ports and 5V to the PS/2 port, so power is being delivered correctly.
What do you think could be the issue in this case?
