1 Unable to change Capitals to small on my MX Keyboard. Caps lock KEY
I have been trying to contact you many times, I have asked machine various times. I purchased my MX Keyboard Direct from you. The “caps lock” key does not illuminate. You may say my Warranty has run out, but it was live when I started to try and contact you, over the last year. Your question pages must be full of my question. But no one ever answered. So with this new page I will try again. “HOW CAN I CHANGE THE caps lock KEY TO ILLUMINATE AND CHANGE FROM CAPITAL TO SMALL PRINTING? Thank you. Brian

The key does not work at all I cannot change the letters at all and the base of the key never shows the illumination.
How can I get the key light up etc. Brian
