Is this a new sd card or has the sd card worked OK in the same tablet before?
If it is a new sd card, can you try inserting a different, compatible, known working sd card to check if it is detected OK?
What is the capacity of the sd card that is not detected i.e. amount of GB storage?
What is the model number of the tablet as there seems to be a few different Proscan Elite models?
