After changing the battery my MacBook Pro won't boot up

I changed the battery on my 2018 macbook pro with a kit from Ifixit and now it's dead. It won't even try to start. I have dual boot with a one partition having windows and the other partition mac os. Before starting the repair, I set the mac os partition to be the automatic side to boot up and then followed the instructions to turn off the auto boot. The old battery was swollen and giving some problem but it had been working. The repair went perfectly, so I can't figure out what's wrong.

I checked that connection and the other ones too. Everything is fine. Can the cable be damaged even if it still looks good? I checked the battery voltage after charging it for an hour or two and there was no increase. So I don't think the battery is getting any power. Is it possible that something happened to my logic control board when I took it out?

@jms83415 - Over bending and sharp creases can damage the cable. Could you have damaged to ZIF socket? Post some pick on the connections here so we can see get in tight with lot of light.

As the battery was swollen and if the battery had already been replaced before then it’s possible the charging logic within the logic board is having issues.

Let’s get a better view of things install this gem of an App CoconutBattery post a snapshot of the apps main window here as well.
