What causes the controller not to turn on?
i push the center button on my controller all it does is flash but never turns on just flashes

gporter32, first thing to do is to try a sync it. Press the Sync button on the xbox 360 and the lights will spin around and around. Press and HOLD the sync button on the controller. The lights will then spin around and around on the controller and sync to the 360. Of course make sure that your sensors are not occluded with dirt, debris or any kind of stickers. Let us know what happens.
