Frigidaire FPSC2277RF1 Ice tray not returning to Home position

I have a Frigidaire FPSC2277RF1 side by side fridge/freezer. Ice maker is not working.  I put into test mode and ran test 58c. The ice cube tray is side ways and doesn’t go back to home and it keeps trying. Then “Er” displays.  Is there something I need to check to see why it doesn’t return home?  Or do I need a new part?
