Cube’s fan won’t turn on, and cube continues to flash

Wondering if anyone can help me figure out why my chili cube is flashing between the temperature, the temperature I want it to get to, and the 888 flash/setup after a move. The fans won’t kick on. I have a queen “we” and one side I was able to eventually get working, but the other side keeps doing the above. Any ideas how to fix this?
