Touch screen doesn't work
I wasn't aware that my display didnt even have a waterproof seal on I was watching youtube and put the phone up pointing toward me when the display suddenly dropped I reconnected the display and it turned on although the touchscreen is not working tried reconnecting the flex cables but it still didnt work any ideas on how to fix it?

Wait you dropped your phone and it disconnected the ribbon cables held down by screws?
I must be missing something please clarify what you reconnected.
