I am repairing a TCL 43S431 TV. When I look up repair kits they all mention that they only work with a specific Open Cell Number or Panel Information. Unfortunately, I am unclear on where to search for that on or in the TV. Any ideas?

It should be glued directly to the metal backing of the LCD. That number will be the manufacturer and the panel number.
