Amana Tandem 7300 Water out pump keeps blowing

Hi there! I have a tandem 7300. The error code for the water drainage comes up (along with a tub full of water) every time I was a load and it never finishes the cycle. Even on drain and spin I manually drain it, start that option but when I come back the tub is filled with water??

So I bought a new pump, replaced it, and it worked for like 6 loads. It then smelt like an electrical fire and the pump burned out. I bought a new one and this worked for 2 loads. What could be the issue????

Just verifying that you're getting an F9 E2 error code is this correct?

Did you check that the hose between the tub and the pump is not blocked? (see part #6 Pump & motor parts diagram

Here's the tech sheet for the washer that may also help.

Besides the diagnostic tests there's also a block wiring diagram on p.15 if you have to check that the harness wires are OK

I believe the error code makes three beeps but flashes 9 times. I can double check when I get home. Nothing is blocking the water getting to the pump. When I press the drain button it drains the water and moves it to the water pump below, figure #9. I have tested it with the drain cap #15 removed just to ensure there is good water flow. There is. When it is screwed on and everything is connected properly the the water sits there and even though the fan inside the pump appears to be spinning it just won’t drain the water out to my drain pipe. The original pump would pick and choose when it would drain. Then when I replaced it it did several loads and the pump smelled like burning wires and stopped draining, then I replaced it again and it got two full cycles before it stopped pushing the water to my drain pipe again. I really don’t want to have to purchase 3 separate pumps in under a month. Thanks!!!

Please verify the full model number of the washer?

I though that it may be an NFW7300WW00 i.e. Amana Tandem 7300 but given that you state that the error code is beeps (what light flashes?) and is not a numerical indication in a display window as indicated by the tech sheet, I don't think that I'm right.
