3DS won't turn on after I connected it to computer
I own a regular 3DS and a male jack/USB cable.
I made a mistake :
I tried connecting my 3DS to my desktop computer using the jack/USB cable (plugging in the jack end of the cable into the console's jack socket, and the USB end into my computer's USB socket).
Current situation :
My console instantly turned off and will not start ever since. I think what I did ended up damaging some of the components of my 3DS.
I can still charge it and the orange charge indicator turns on like normal.
I did not experience any issue before making this mistake.
I do not know much about the 3DS hardware and its components.
I would like to know if it is possible for me to identify which component got damaged and if I can repair my 3DS to have it turn it on again.

@dawn19108 there are no common components that may have failed. What you want to do is to disassemble your 3DS and take some good pictures of your circuitboard. Post those with your question. That will allow us to see what you see and hopefully we can identified any damaged components etc. Adicionar imagens a uma pergunta já existente
