I can't connect to the internet
I've connected my laptop to the wifi successfully but I can't go on the internet. How do I troubleshoot the internet application

Well check for your network driver some the outdated network driver can also be the cause of this issue. So I will suggest you to updated your network driver.
And for doing normal troubleshooting you can go yo your network settings, select Network troubleshooter. And Follow the steps in the troubleshooter, and see if that fixes the problem .
