My phone doesnt start up & stays on the apple logo, how can I fix it?
i cant use my phone as it stays on the apple logo, how can i open it ??
i tried the force restart method & nothing.

BEFORE restoring the phone try an update. Press up then down then press and hold power. when the screen goes black quickly release power then press and hold power and volume down. After 8 to 10 seconds release power and keep holding volume down until connect to iTunes appears on the phone. When connected to iTunes if you get a update notification follow it and update the phone. Do all this whilst connected to iTunes.
