Why does my one connect box click

I have a qe75q950r and randomly it turned off. I hear a click from the one connect box which I think might be a relay noise, after the click I hear the TV start up chime but no picture, then I get a flash of colours from the top and both sides like a screen flare and then it cycles back to the click. All in all between clicks is 10 seconds and it just constantly goes round through the cycle sometimes with a short burst of programme sound from the source (Sky TV)
