I have replaced battery and its stuck at 61%
i have replaced battery on iphone 3gs it cuts off at times now it has percentage on battery thats been at 61% and has not moved can any1 assist ?

More than likely its a defective battery. Do you have the old one you can throw back in and test with?

yes defo is the battery i replaced old 1 bk in and working fine now thanks guys

it cut off when i first installed the battery it hasnt cut off in last hour but still has 61%???????

Sounds like it might be a software issue. Have you tried resetting or restoring the phone?
