KEYBOARD and mouse not working
My keyboard and mouse are not working because my pc keeps disabling them and although it is in notebook mode it keeps disabling the keyboard and the mouse

Try running the mouse, keyboard, trackpoint and touchpad troubleshooter and check what it shows.

i suppose your laptop is in tablet mode before and when you switch back to laptop mode, the mouse and keyboard is stopped working, i think what you should do is restart the windows or do some update since this is probably a software issue, or go to device manager, there you'll find an options for disabling or enabling mouse and keyboard input.

what is the option that is in device manager enables and disables mouse and keyboard input
right click on keyboard or mice and other pointing device, and find your device then there is option to enable device, but if that option is not available it means the device is already enabled, or you can try to go bios/uefi settings and find if there is similar options for enabling or disabling mouse and keyboard

Is there a keyboard icon showing in the Windows notification area on the right side of the Taskbar on the desktop?
If so try pressing that and check what options appear.
