No power to silonoid from ignition switch but can jump it the silonoid

When I turn the key all positions retain power but to no crank no start but when I go under the hood Hook up a jump pack to the battery and I jump the solenoid it'll fire right off I've already replaced the ignition switch also gives the also giving five times five times meaning there's something grounding out or not crowded in the ignition for what I could tell from what I read I can't find it and aftermarket alarm that is installed are still remnants of all over the wiring is kind of a mess so it's hard to tell

Measure for 12v on the starter solenoid terminal when the ignition switch is turned to START position. This should occur only when ign is turned to START or an aftermarket remote start is used. Determine if the single start wire is damaged or not. With remains of an aftermarket alarm/antitheft system, there's usually an inline fuse to power the aftermarket system or tapped off a fuse using a piggyback fuse connector. Remove any aftermarket fuse. Try starting and if a no start condition continues then you may have to splice in a START wire from the ignition switch to the starter solenoid to bypass whatever issue is preventing starting. If wiring in a bypass to get back to normal everyday starting/driving, be sure to test the end of the new start wire before connecting it to the starter. You might have to cut the original ignition start wire after adding a new wire to eliminate feeding power thru the original start wire, interfering with whatever it was connected to the aftermarket system.

Cory Davey this "aftermarket alarm that is installed are still remnants of all over" will be your biggest challenge. I would start by using the original wiring diagram for the ignition circuit and wire it according like that. Get rid of the aftermarket stuff. With wiring like that you will go down a rabbit hole and it'll be twice a hard to figure it out. See if this may help you out 2000 F`150 WIRING

BTW, do you think there is any chance of you changing your @ name? We are pretty much a G-rated area and yours does not quite fit that criteria.
