L2 doesn't work

When I press the L2 button it works but it glitches a little as if it was being pressed lightly, I tried new ribbon cables and a new spring, but still had the same issue.

Its the rubber that is the problem

Unfortunate enough it has not been explained in this repair guide.

If its L1 then you have to remove L1 adaptive trigger, open it up and replace the rubber
