1 Fan always on when power cable connected to PS5
I started having problems with the hdmi port and took it to a repair shop. They changed the hdmi port but messed up something because now the fan start directly when i plug the ps5 to the power outlet and i cant update the console anymore. ( Always get something went wrong when triying to install). I tried manual update from safe mode but no success. I also factory reset it but nothing. Can you help me?

Hey Paul was this ever resolved for you? You're the one other person I've seen with this issue. I have it too but my system can be upgraded so it's just the power cable thing for me.
