Ps4 controller won't charge battery?

Hi!

So i bought loads of ps4 controllers, and most of them have issues with charging their batteries.

I've changed the charge-ports on all 5 of them and the led turns on when they are unplugged from the ps4, they glows orange when charging on the ps4 console, they can connect wirelessly.

The charging symbol shows up when they are connected with the charger so i know that they are indeed charging.

But im still worried that there might be some kind of other issue probably on the circuit board but i dont know what.

I have also been using different kinds of ribbon cables that are connected to the charge port and the circuit board could that be why they wont charge the batteries?

All the ribbon cables are unmarked, so i dont know which cable is for the right charge-port model, so far i've plugged in the ribbon cables that looks like they fit and connect with all the pins.

I will se if letting them charge for about 20-30 minutes is enough for them to charge up the batteries, otherwise i'll try changing the batteries and try charging them again.

Btw i dont know much about electronics, most of the knowledge comes from you-tube videos and posts on the internet.

If any of you know what else it could be please let med know.

Best regards // R1cardo

Edit: 2 of the controllers have manged to charge up to the second battery bar, it probably only was the charge ports, that were the issues on those two.
