Kenmore washer not performing spin cycle or slow to spin up

I have a Kenmore mod110 slipping during spin cycle. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't spin up at all or is very slow to spin.

I already tried replacing the following with no change. Full Clutch Assembly, Motor Coupling and pump.
