TV doesn't turn off, just restarts and does not respond to remote

I need help with my samsung tv. I can't turn it off and it does not respond to remote neither. I tried cold booting the tv, changing the batteries in the remote. After pressing settings+rewind+mute+power it just reboots the tv.
