Touch pad doesn't work correctly
When fist booted up the touch pad doesn't register a click. After a time it starts working correctly. How much to replace it?

Not sure exactly what you're asking. iFixit doesn't do repairs; it's a site to teach people how to do their own repairs, so the best we can do is to hope one of our community members who does those sort of repairs can give you an idea of what the normal charges for that kind of repair are.
If you're just looking for the cost, it doesn't look like there's an iFixit page for your device yet, so iFixit doesn't have any parts for it yet. I'd suggest you do the same as any of the rest of us and do an internet search for the part you're looking for. I don't have enough information on your specific device so I can't say for sure, but a quick check on eBay shows a new touchpad for the model XE930QCA for about $30 USD.
If you can post your model number it will help the community find your parts or point you to any repair tutorials they know of.
